raptor.schema	The kernel-manifest schema: manifest (the bird-neutral core layer), blocks (the neural_block extension), dtypes (the scalar-type vocabulary), and raptor.schema.validate_manifest().
raptor.protocols	The family’s typing.Protocol contracts: Backend / Executable (program-level execution), KernelLauncher / Marshal (kernel-level launch and argument marshalling), ManifestProvider (the kernel-provider protocol).
