raptor.schema
=============

The two-layer kernel-manifest schema. ``manifest`` is the bird-neutral core
every producer writes against; ``blocks`` is the ``neural_block`` extension a
producer never has to import; ``dtypes`` carries the scalar-type tag
vocabulary both layers share.
